TWWW was written FOR Streisand and FOR the movie in which she starred. It is so identified with her that it really is just pointless for any other female vocalist attempt it. Even with someone as gifted as Celine Dion, the emotion just isn't there. IMO, the only one that ever even came close was Gladys Knight.
