Renfield Syndrome is a mental condition that makes people have delusions of Vampirism or feel a urge to drink blood.
The only real life vampires are people with Renfield Syndrome.
Unless of course if you happen to be a close personal friend of Count Orlock or something and Vampires acully exist but somehow they managed to keep it very secret.
