Kitty's First Stroller Ride (Revised)

Revised due to the wonderful world of Copyright! I used a (converted) Midi file this time, but if it gets flagged again, I'll just try and find a royalty free piece I like. For now let's go with a song that actually means something to me.

First stroller ride with stroller I just bought at Petco June 3. Now I can take her to the vet with more ease--for both of us (as shows last clip, return home)--as I don't have a car and she doesn't need to be in a lopsided carrier riding on a luggage dolly. My Precious is set! ; )

Here's a poem I wrote in 2004 for the kitty who picked up the pieces after I'd been badly hurt by other uncompanionable cats and an unsympathetic friend. A lab instructor gave me her cat after I'd told HER a friend has been unreceptive to my dismay. I only wish I had contact with Mrs. Long so I can tell her how Precious has blessed me AND others around her. To my cat, Precious, who came along and brought much needed comfort


Picking up the pieces

Reaching out to broken heart

Ever bringing harmony

Can a pet bring such comfort?

I found a furry friend

Out of the blue to offer

Unconditional companionship

Safe and secure
