hey john great stuff. I bought your dvd set on slide guitar in standard tuning which is really an awesome set of lessons. I have tried some different techniques but was always hoping someone would make a lesson on how to palm the pick while they use their fingers like you do in this video. Any chance you could make one?

couldn't you talk a little more about the differents set up of the amps and eventual fx you use or better that the lessons and different licks are supposed to be performed, thanks and compliments for your passionate good job, specially in blues, from a blues guitar player from Italy.
