@Jackiesstash08 That pair hated each other; you could tell with his defensive arm-folding and her sneering look
-
Selina Scott was an absolute babe in the 80s.. Still fairly attractive at 60.. Can't believe she never got married..

@simonbath "uninvited" - you "invite" them by watching it. If it's not on your TV then you're not "inviting" them are you?

did they have a cull of all the pillocks responsible for this rubbish...? then stick a bunch of new pillocks in their place? these drongos never tire of serving the nation with their uninvited brand of trite bbc breakfast time clutter...

The snippet of Ceefax music at the end is the old BBC1 opening music from the late 60s/early 70s, it is called Montage 3, by the late Ronnie Hazlehurst, there were about 3 lengths of this tune for Ceefax AM, so the appropriate one could be chosen to end dead on 06.29 before the globe and continuity announcement, by careful listening, one can make out the notes B-B-C.
Keep the tape safe incase this video is lost for whatever reason on youtube.

Frankly, the Ceefax is a lot less annoying than those crawls they use at the bottom of television screens these days . . .
