UNH Professor Comments on Annie Le Case (University of New Haven)

Mike Lawlor, professor of criminal justice at the University of New Haven, state representative and former prosecutor, comments on Raymond Clark III's defense strategy in the Annie Le murder case.

"It's a potential death penalty case...when you get into that situation, the defense lawyers and prosecutors become much more cautious," says Professor Lawlor. "...[but] in a case as serious as this, I can't imagine that the prosecutors would be looking for anything less than the equivalent of a life sentence here."
