  • The first ceremonial burial with religious overtones was in Africa 13,000 years ago. There is no evidence of an Out of India Theory.A (May 1 2009) Washington Post article reveals that Africans have the highest and most abundant genetic diversity than any group. The first anatomically erect African appeared around 200,000 years ago and it is from them that all humans descend. (cont)

  • One can also trace all human languages & religions to Africa. The Ethiopians settled into Northern India with their culture & religions 4,000 years before the Aryans ran them South. They were a very religious and aesthetic mystical mixture representing the diverse religious of North, East and Central Africa.

  • The Black Woman is God!!!

  • I agree that Vodoun in west Africa is quite old and predates the religions of Ibrihim, recent finds in Archaeological sites have found objects, emblems, and symbols that are very much like modern day Congolese objects, emblems, and symbols. The Mpomba Nsila (cosmogram) and the objects with it are dated to at least 20000 years old.

  • UM SO GLAD DAT FOOLISH RUMOR BEN CLEARED UP.....HOTEP. ASHE 2 DA ANKHCESTORZ

  • I'm glad this message is getting out, we're supposed to be living in a time of religious tolerance yet Traditional African Religions have been demonised and not given the same respect or research as other faiths. I am currently making a documentary on this, you can view the trailer by typing in Ancestral Voices: Esoteric African Knowledge

  • @GunKlappa survive what

  • @cmplxgirl Yah, I bet there is a difference between Vodoun and Voodoo. But to see those sisters and bros. dancing and singing like that, it recalls gospel music and the entire blues/R&B/etc. roots of our best music. Bless them all!

  • This is true that all humans originated in Africa; and with the new theory of "gene expression" we can now see how experience and environmental factors affect the next generation; it might only take 40 or 50 generations for Norweigans to become dark again, or for Africans to become blond, if they moved to each others' areas.

We're amazingly all the same, despite the irritating nature of some individuals and the tendency to cast blame on an entire unrelated group.

  • It's reassuring to know some people still practice their native religion. We of European descent are just now beginning to reconstruct our native religions.

  • Hence google yahoo msn being the 3 dimentional ralms or wórlds the spiritual worlds most of the western world is talking bad and discreting vodoun but a day will come wen all will greatly seek to learn voodoo needed for survival that only those who followed voodoo from the start will survive that date is approaching quickly that is why everyone is turning to the internet seeking spiritual knowledge but the knowledge can not be found on the internet because it is scarce

  • U racist piece of shit why didn't u put voodoo or vodoun on the list? Voodoo or vodoun is the old religion in the entire world and probably the universe also not only is vodoun the oldest but its also the only true religion of the world that is the reason why they use natural elements to worship the gods vodoun is like the internet wen seeking answers to your questions u might turn to google yahoo or msn all 3 of them being 3 different ralms
