Trikke vs Bike has nothing to do with which one is faster. The bike is a more efficient way to move...

But the Trikke is a helluva lot more fun to ride, and delivers a full body workout... I learned how to ride on a T78 with air tires, and just bought a T12 off of Craig's List...

I can tackle all but the steepest hills, both up and down... I ride between 6 and 9 miles/day on a bike trail in Charlotte, NC... I've never had more fun getting a great workout... ever... like flying...effortless.

I ride both a trikke and a bicycle but I like recumbent bicycles which are much more comfy than uprights! :) Fun video!
