Its going to be Mauer or Pujols on the cover because The Show always puts the MVP on the cover from either the NL or AL.

not even close. 2006 cover was ortiz, 2007 cover was david wright, 2008 cover was ryan howard and none of those guys were MVP.

Well I just remember Vlad winning one..Ryan Howard winning one I don't remember which year so I just assumed...But Dustin Pedroia won it last year and he was on the 09 cover...So they could start doing it. I would like them to maybe mix it up and put a pitcher on the cover...maybe Greinke or Cliff Lee definitely the two most dominate pitchers this year.

they usually choose covers by which players are most marketable and not necessarily stats alone. i think Mauer and Pujols were the biggest "products" in 2009

I always tho MLB the show was made by EA lol too bad . I guess we wont be able to have a virtual pro with your face on it like they did to FIFA
