I've been to a Rickson seminar and I assure you people: Rickson is just PLAYING with the people he rolls with on these videos. He barely broke a sweat in the seminar I was in and rolled with like 30 people straight. He announced that he would submit the last five guys with an "arme-lock" on each man's left arm. He didn't disappoint.

nice helicopter sweep, my instructor ryan saboe taught me that i want to be a pro mma fighter, and i'm about to start training at vertex bJJ in a couple of weeks.

it's a momentum sweep coz his opponent is pushing forward towards rickson's head, rickson's right arm hold the opponent's left leg and pulling his body towards the opponent's left leg, while rickson's left leg used the momentum to kick to his left side, and his right leg pushing opponent's left armpit, while still trapping the left arm. i'm not an expert but i use it a lot to my brother.

Yeah but the speed and efficiency Rickson had while doing it was what was impressive.
I mean I do believe you tap out guys like that. I do too. It's just that Rickson makes it look incredibly easy and that takes skill.

well considering one of the selling points of Bjj is being able to beat bigger stronger guys its actually not really...and as a white belt i have tapped guys who outweighed me by that much...and no they weren't tubs of lards either.

Hahahahahah... outdated. Typical. I'm relieved Kron is showing us some good old "outdated" jiu-jitsu again. There's outdated and trendy, and then there's classic and timeless. Rickson's jiu-jitsu is the latter.
