This is a mixed form Chen Style Taijiquan performed by Grandmaster Chen Zheng Lei,
2005 in China, Zhengzhou city.

There are 2 parts:

1st is slow and smooth, very fluid up to 03:40 min.

2nd is powerfull, a lot of fajin

Yes, it does. In Chen style it is called "Lao Jia Er Lu" - the second bare had form in traditiaonal Chen style

Taijiquan.

oh wow! i study with a disciple of his! IT is so great to see the actual form performed. this stuff isnt easy too! takes alot of leg muscle and core. Very suprising how much more difficult it is when u try and you are being corrected, so you know what u are doing wrong. :)

This is Chen family martial art (Chen Taijiquan). The point of it is the same as any martial art...self defense and combat. Practiced slowly to develop proper body structure, in real combat would be fast but still balanced.
