Thousands paid for tickets, millions watched on TV, companies paid for TV time etc etc. But the etiquette in tennis still seems stronger than the big money, even in the media age. I liked it, this simple decision of umpire and supervisor. Also the opponent can NOT amnesty him in such a situation. The sport itself demanded "public prosecution" here.

the title says Nalbandian kicked the linesman when in reality what he did in fact was to kick the board. That him nor nobody else could ever imagine would be that flimsy. He never ment to harm nobody. I do not like the guy. But fair is fair. Whoever wrote that is implying Nalbandian deliberately attacked physically a linesman. Which is a clear LIE for anyone who saw the episode.
