5:44-10:05 it sounds like the people that died in katrina are trying to communicate with us if you listen to the beeping noise, smh. i'll never forget katrina. I had neighbors, friends, and well known people die in this monster storm. Thank god me and my family survived.

celebrity sponsored art projects draw attention to how much help the city needs.
one of our citys biggest problems in areas like the 9th ward is that it is largely uninhabited. who wants to reconstruct an area with no people in it?
having celebrities move to such areas and sponsor art exhibits convinces others to populate them as well.

You're confused because you're a fucking idiot who just doesn't get the point! Post-Katrina New Orleans needs a serious restoration of it's infrastructure and jobs for the community, not celebrity-sponsored ''Art Projects.'' How the hell does that improve the living conditions in the 9th Ward.

Mike, I agree stopping murder deserves more focus than art. But don't look too long at the dark, you'll forget how to recognize the light. Pitt's project is not about art, the ultimate goal was to get national attention. Pitt got nationwide audiences on all news channel to hear a message of helping nola.
How much natl news have you made to help nola?
