Actually, I just watched it again and the first guy actually says: 'You saw who stopped that, right..?!' Other guy: 'Iman!' and then he repeats what she said: 'David, I need you'. They obviously weren't very impressed with her behaviour that evening. You can hear them saying at the beginning 'Any pics of Iman?' 'No.' 'Not good manners!' She was saying 'No. No.' every time someone asked her to pose for a photo, and obviously didn't want David to, either!

@haditbonita666 It was one of the photographers repeating what Iman said to David before she pulled him away from having his photo taken with fans. One guy asked: 'Who stopped that?? He was doing everything...' and the other guy replies: 'Iman.' 'What did she say?!' ''David, I need you.''
