I hope im not opening a can of worms here. As some of my subscribers may know already, i do suffer from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Now the severity of my OCD has been reduced alot in the last few months so thats why you dont see me excessively cleaning things and other like activities....

This is my personal take on my own OCD tendencies, therefore fellow OCD viewers please dont see this as mockery. Thank you for your understanding and tolerance.

  • dude i feel ur pain

  • thanks for caring?

  • and if one has an obsessoin about the relationships, where EVERYTHING has to be straight and clear.....that causes so much pain ;!!!!!!!!!

  • wow....i never thought of that...

  • I have the same feelings in my life about OCD. The order or things and everything has to be in straight line. Its not a problem but I wonder if it can get worse.

  • I dont have a definate answer but based on my own experience, as long as you are aware of why you are doing it and it doesn't interfere with your day to day living, it is normal. Regular people are allowed to be neat. That is my two cents(advice)for the day!

  • my OCD is more of my thoughts rather then putting things in order, though i do occasionally have the urge to have to touch something in certain angles, it sucks, it attacks the things i love

  • I also suffer from ocd im a 35yr old male uk. My ocd began when i was young about 20 but i never knew what it was and never let it bother me until about 2 years ago after alot of stress from work and other stuff it began to go a bit crazy.I would find myself checking doors, windows, car handbrake, gas cooker etc.It takes up alot of my time and im always late.I think the best way to cure ocd is do what i did see your gp and try CBT sessions they really work.Ocd is all in the mind n needs to stop
