Nepal's Maoist leader urges LTTE Prabhakaran to surrender

The Maoist leader of Nepal Prachanda has claimed that it is time for Velupillai Prabakharan to give up his Eelam dream.
He said the entire Asian region should take action against the LTTE suicide bombings directed at civilians. He made this observation when he met Minister Nimal Siripala De Silva in Kathmandu last evening. The Minister, who is visiting Nepal, met with Nepalese Foreign Minister Sahana Pradhan and Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala. The discussions focussed on the island's health policy, which has been recommended by the WHO for Nepal and establishing the Buddhist identity between the two countries.
