I prefer the version he (Derek Trucks) played when he was a kid in 1993 . I liked the tone of his guitar back then, and his style. His new Qawwali inspired style is still awesome, I just really liked the rawness of his tone from back then and the emotion that he conveyed back then.

@DigAPony69 A little bit of trivia for you - besides the fact that it's not Whitlock on piano - Whitlock also did NOT play the piano part in the original studio version.  It was the song's co-writer and drummer - Jim Gordon who played the piano part at the end.
