The Mona Lisa is said to be a self portrait in disguise. I read another story of a recent art find ,and decided to try the portraits in my morphing tool. Without working very hard on the morphs I was surprised at the results. There was very little change between the younger portrait and the Mona Lisa.I don't know if the younger portrait of Leonardo has been authenticated .

@appapo3 yes, you are right. I just saw a vid, where the face of a lion was successfully morphed into Mona Lisa.

it is that monalisa is a :both-gender:. And da vinci was homosexual and mona lisas real name is amonisa wich means::. So he probably wanted to be a girl.

You are aware that there is a dispute over the so called 'self portrait', that it is not even of Leonardo? Leonardo only lived to be 67 yrs old and the drawing is of a man considerably older, near 80. Leonardo was painted many times, and though there are similarites to the 'self-portrait' there are major differences in the general facial exression and features of the two. Please see my vid on the 'Faces of Leonardo DaVinci' and consider rethinking the basis of your conclusions.

@SpohuraFan No,I am not aware of that. Damn, he did age very bad since I'm getting close that age it would seem the pencil portrait is of a much older man. I am aware that the younger looking portrait is in dispute. I made no conclusion I was only taken back by the last morph. because I did nothing to doctor it. I think maybe if I used my own picture the results might be similar. I tried not distort the images, but that just happened because I don't play with the tool very often

Honestly; I prefer Tito Schipa's version of this romanza. I can see why you've chosen to use Izzy's version, here, though. It's most appropriate for adding continuity to this fascinating and near mesmerizing video. Thanks. Thumbs up and 5*.

@likekinds Thank you Doug. All I know is the audio has not been blocked. Knock on wood.. I thought Italian classical might be somewhat appropriate. I don't think the song matches perfect, but in an abstract sense it seemed to be OK . The tempo, I found to suit the transitions. Its for fun as you know , I used some of the wrong images for transitioning, none to worry. Some claim it is not Leonardo da Vinci anyway , but some experts say it is. A morphing tool proves nothing Thanks again.
