  • Love this truck.

  • @DeanaBryan send me some pics of the old IHs when you get time

  • @peterfiechtl The tranny is Eaton-Fuller FS7206A. That is usually run in about 25,ooo pound GVW trucks. It is a synchornized 6 speed with 9 to 1 low gear. Front axle is Rockwell FDS 75, 7500 pounds. 13.25" ring gear. Rear is Spicer N175, 17500 pound axle, 16" ring gear.

  • @1966ih two of the trucks are still used occasionally ones a mudding truck.

  • @DeanaBryan I love these old IH trucks. They look awesome. If you ever want to build a new frame from scratch I can give you the prints to make an identical frame to the one I build from 3" x 8" x1/4" structural steel tubing. From 1964 through 1968 the frame were all pretty much the same on the pickups.

  • @1966ih

I hear that about the police. Im feeling kinda lazy and not wanting to look through the build at the moment, but what t case and tranny are you running? axle gears?

And I take it that rig isnt a fan of articulation! (obviously) but none the less its a stout build for some rough/loose terrain :) nice build!
