Saturn? The line through it suggests Saturn's rings. As Karrie said, people all over the world are filming this same object, many bright object in our sky, they are all brighter, physically hotter, but i think this is probably Saturn. If you ever see a star near the horizon, they move relatively fast, it's just when they are in the middle of the sky you have nothing to measure it to.

I think that Venus doen't sparkle that much. venus is much bigger than that and sparkles so low. The pulsation of that object seems to have periodicity

Hey I have been seeing the exact same thing in Livermore California. Wow thats crazy. They always seem to be near my house, I wake up like at 1 or 3am and I see it from my bedroom window. I also have some videos on youtube if u want to check it out.
