@Archerke Since all this nonsense you posted proves your typing from a special education center, let me put this in simple terms to you.

V70 T5 = 236HP 240tq 3300lbs

Audi TT 1.8T =180 hp 170tq 3300lbs

Straight line accel, Volvo wins. Volvo would of won even harder if that 1.8t was AWD.

@Archerke Even the german people voted volvo as the best car regarding ownership satisfaction! that says something, dont you think ?ok, i have a volvo s40 t5 and maybe someone claim that i am a bit biased, but you cant deny the link i sent you..Now, regarding performance,it is Volvo's choice not to build 450HP+ cars (on the Mercedes AMG,Audi RS,BMW M scale)...but it doesnt mean they cant.. check the volvo c30 polestar (volvo's racing companion) vs the audi rs3 in youtube and let me know :)

@Archerke Insulting someone's car online: YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG! Haha! If you were to pay closer attention, you'd see that not only is his V70 modded a bit (bigger turbo? ECU mod?), but that's a last generation TT. The 1.8t is much slower than the newer 2.0tfsi, especially due to its lack of lower end torque in comparison to Audi's newer 2.0. If you're gonna pull out "facts", at least know a thing or two about you're fact checking.

trying to be a bigshot by insulting other cars.. while any other TT, old or new, stock will rape your volvo, no competition.. and the number of horsepower doesnt even say anything.. do your research, look for the specifications, and you'll see that i'm right.. your car has 236 hp, mine only 200 hp, and mine is faster than yours.. point made

@Archerke Nobody's jealous of a new TT. The TT in this video was slower than the V70 T5. I don't know why you can't understand that. Drive an older V70 or S70 T5 and tell me how quick it is. Plus, you're saying a base model 1.8T TT with 178 HP is faster than a V70 T5 with 236 HP, both weighing in at around 3300 lbs. That's logic, folks.

even the slowest of the old TT's are way faster than the one in this video.. it looks like he does 0-60 mph in 9 seconds or something and then struggles to get past 80 mph, if he was really racing, he should get his engine checked.. oh and by the way, i have my license for 5 years now and a drive a TT, new model.. so i'm not the one who doesn't know what he's talking about.. you jelly?
