  • @ehelsper he flamed the orange peel, to get the oils out of the peel in the drink,

    it's the same way you do the cosmopolitan...

  • ehelsper -- It DID go into the drink. Try it at home and you'll see (and smell).

  • Was that last part with the orange supposed to be a magic trick? Haha. Where did it go? And why burn it if it didn't go into the drink?

  • informative and cool set up, but it would do some good to invest in some decent video equipment.
