Creating Photo Realistic Tattoos in Photoshop

I made this in CS3 you can use any version because it only takes a couple of steps. Impress a few people with this trick.

When I pull the tattoo over my current image, the tattoo doen\sn't have that scalable box around it, so I can't manually turn or resize the image...?

Make sure that when you select your layer, towards the top left it's going to say "show transform controls" make sure that option is checked.
