you are really good at reviews! very well spoken!
-
Can you use a regular nail polish color instead of the Red Carpet ones?
-
Did you say that you painted over your gel-manicured nails with a regular polish for Halloween? Did it remove easily with non-acetone remover?
-
lol, I ran into the same issue with my gel polish when i didn't apply the topcoat good enough...but lately I have been doing really well with the application....it's tricky, but once u get the hang of it, its a piece of cake

I would recommend using the 36 watt lamp...I got mine off of amazon for $30 ...it's cures better than the little mini lamp does...
-
i sooooo envy you :( ur nails are gorgeous ....I have weak nails and I use the gelish system...no ripping with that on...the retail store Meijer sells the red carpet manicure system...at least where I live it does...the polish is $9.99 each bottle...which isn't bad...and they offer the entire kit for $60 !!!!

Could you please do the whole system exactly the way you are supposed to, except use everyday regular nail polish instead of their nail polish and tell/show the results??? Does it work the same, how long it lasts, etc....
I have soo much polish already that I still want to use and colors that this brand doesn't carry.

@beautyinlaw Thank you so much for the quick response... I'm waiting for this kit to appear in the mail, lol.
One more question: In your opinion, can normal nail polish also be used with this system...? I like the French Nail look. Thank you in advance! :) ~Shari

Great review!
One question: What color are you wearing in this video...? :)
Thank you for the info!

@venom9966 I'm wearing Essie's Carry On from their winter collection. I wasn't wearing a gel polish when filming this video. ;)

how many watts is the led lamp?
ElyLuis1 2 months ago
@ElyLuis1 The lamp isn't labelled, and various websites don't have the information either. From what I can tell, it seems the curing times are the same for a 36 watt led lamp from other companies and a 45w uv light as well.
