Governor Strickland I challenge you to really live up to your words on these 21st century skills for kids. You say you value these skills yet you unfairly and unequally cut funding to ohio's already successful public charter eSchools. I dare you to visit an eSchooler or eSchool and REALLY learn what 21st century skills are and how they are already being implemented in great public chartered eSchool that you are planning to slash funding by 75 percent and drive out of exsistance.

Governor Strickland is my Governor as well and his idea's are sound. However as a school board member I'm am keenly aware that this ideas require monies that we do not have. The way schools are funded in Ohio needs to be changed and not ten years from now, but now. Contact your representatives and let them know. The Governor cannot do this without the support of those who represent YOU. Call them on it, make it happen for Ohio's children.
