It is a volume of scripture relating God's dealings with ancient people in the Americas, in much the same way that the Bible is a record of God's dealing with people in one region of the Old World. With the Bible, the Book of Mormon is a second witness, confirming the validity of Biblical doctrine and verifying the divinity of Jesus Christ through the inspired words of other sheep in Christ's fold (see John 10:16).

I suspect that you're like some people, when they see similar symbols, & misinterpret them. The occult, satanism, steals Christ's symbols, rituals, & sayings, to reverse them in mockery of God & in honor to Lucifer. This is what I've seen in historic Christianity & the restoration. White garments in both are reversed to black in Satanic mockings of both. Prayers said backwards, symbols mocked, churches infiltrated, agents of influence plotting. I see your point, but from different perspectives.

Trust me I have studied many religions and see the mysteries in it all. Christianity is just as involved and corrupted in the occult as Mormons, Masons, etc. We are living in the time where Lucifers minions have infultrated most all of the worlds churches/temples whatever you wanna call it. Mormons and Masons and Christians all have good people in its community. But every coin has 2 sides. much like symbolism has 2 sides/meanings. Mormonism is just another church in the system.

Lon.: What are your sources for all these charges & claims. I'd be interested in seeing what your reading, or vids you've watched. I've spent over 30 years researching & reading anti-Mormon books, etc. But have you ever read early anti-Christian writings? The claims against Jesus parallel the charges against the restoration. The same types of methods & reasons "why not to believe," are basically the same. Ever read Atheistic writings? Same tactics against all religions, as AM contra LDS!

No doubt there's a counterfeit "mystery of iniquity already at work," as Paul says, but JS, like Paul, taught Christ centered mysteries. JS & Paul knew that lucifier had set up his own counterfeits. Your words: "If you cannot see the connection" to evidence of masonry having some of its' roots in early Christian mysteries too, "you are blind & just a sheep" following ancient & modern critics!

I'm sorry that you have put so much faith into Joesph Smith while discrediting Jesus on what he said. i know the mormon church teaches the the bible is only truth as to if it is translated correctly. Yet so many mormons believe only what they want to of it to try and make their own claims of JSmith correct. Jesus was against oaths. Salvation was not through babtism which John the babtist taught but through Christ's word. He taught that anything secret was of sin. Gods word needs no secrets!

You are like researching as I'm telling you these things. You have not even searched the things I've told you to back up claims. I'm done telling you things. You do not care to take the time to actually see if what I'm saying matches up. If you did. you would agree to most of what I have said with the connection of masons and Joe smith. Ok, you keep overlooking everything I said. Stick to the subject and connection. I Know all about George Washington.I have already learned the connection. Do you think God gave JSmith the revelation of polygomy only for a shor period of time? The BOM already states it is a sin so how does his revelation come into play? Dont overlook truth. His visions were from halucinogens.Read the church doctrine and find out how others recieved "visions" after taking his sacreament. It is all occult ritual.

What I've see in this story is evidence that masonry has faded away from its earlier Christian roots, to were Christ is taken out of picture, while there's still left over fragments of what it once was. There's hints to it being resurrection drama by hand grips. Historic Christian versions center on Christ in these grips to resurrect. Hints to becoming perfected are clearer Christ center, in masonry taken out.
