if that idiot hunter had enough time to empty his gun and then reload, the bear wasn't coming for him, he would have gotten off maybe two shots before that bear would have been on him if it was coming at him from that distance, he most likely shot it with its back turned then as it charged him then shot it down, a lot of hunters use the excuse its coming right for us when they shoot large game like this.
