this two exercises are awesome!

I have a disk prolapse in the lumbar spine and the doctor told me to do selective weight training to strengthen my lower stomach and back musculature. So those muscles should support the spine and take some pressure off the disks and promote a better posture.

My back pain indeed declined but I still had pain going down my right leg which didn't let me walk without pain. Since I'm doing this exercises the leg pain is also gone! thx man!

Is there a variation on the second exercise that can be done by people who can't get on their knees? I would be crippled for weeks if I put weight on my knees. Thanks.

Quick question, should we feel the lower back working with the exercice on all fours ? I REALLY feel it in my abs, probably the TVA, but not really feel it in my lower back muscles.
