A lot happened in the month of November here at TSTV, mainly some awards! We got a lot more awards than usual this semester, and we got a 1st place national award at CBI for best promo and placed as finalist in the vlog category for our ACMC production and the news package category for our Zach Anner interview. At SCB Combo Breakers won best video drama, Good Morning Texas won best live performance segment, and Videogame Hour Live won bets magazine program. We won finalist positions with KVR News, College Pressbox, and Local Live as well!
Other then that, if you live in Austin you should rescan your antennas and tune into 29.3 to check out the all new fireplace channel! Pop it on your tv and you can stay warm this winter!
As we wrap up this semester, we're really sad to see everyone go, but we wish our graduating volunteers the best and know they'll be successful, like alum Taylor Rush, who was last year's station manager and now works as an editor at KXAN in Austin.
For the winter break we'll be releasing less new episodes and videos online then usual, but we'll see you guys in full force again next year. But keep an eye on our show's youtube channels and website for some new content and your favorite old episodes throughout the break to stay entertained. Take care!
