You are not alone. I got a ban (just 1 week) because I uncover a bumping scam related withg butterflyes. Moderators were extremelly rude at me.
I emaied them and I got soooo cold answers that not even a Good afternoon.
Just cold rudeness. At the end, I got no possitive answer.

Comments I noticed on the Review tab on Fluff fan page (i removed names for confidentiality): On a one-star rating, because now there are lots:
-"" could this be deliberate sabotage by SGN? What credible business does something like this and then refuses to engage with customers? I think they deliberately SABOTAGED fluff-friends for only reasons they know.

I mean Ham would write her comments on the 1star ratings *with this vid attached.* Like I said she knows nothing about me... not even if I'm male or female... She just pulled lies spontaneously from her ass, like fluff mods have a knack of doing. I found it offensive because I know the truth, I payed the money and I spent plenty of time palying. I don't even know how to cheat. They want to help the animals, but actually they greatly lack a sense of humanity.

@ibneko Hi sorry for taking so long to respond. Actually I was never removed from the game itself, because they had no reason to.. I didn't cheat. Recently this moderator Joulz Ham had been going around the 1-star ratings of their game and saying "that fluff player was a cheater... he... " which is hilarious. Because first, I payed real money - and they have no proof I cheated. SecondI'm not a "he". I never even saw this Ham's fluffbook when I used to play, so its just more gossip& brainwash

I remember when (fluff) friends only got money when you would purchase clothing. As I've watched it grow I haven't liked what they have done but I try not to fall for it. You've done a wonderful job and brought many great points

again those comments I posted below aren't my own, they are from today's fluff players who have rated fluff down for their awful customer service., like this one, "SGN should be banned from facebook"

I can not believe there has been no response from the developers. After 4 days of complaints and suggestions, the only thing we have obtained is a little response from Krystal, saying she will read the thread to make a list of all the feedback. However there has NOT been other communication by SGN. It is notorious that SGN is NOT interested at all about their customers.
