when sam walton passed away the soul of wal-mart did too. and now wal-mart is a lifeless shell that sucks the life force out of your wallet. wal-mart now does not care about their the employees or their customers it only cares about money and more of it. wal-mart needs to be staked like a vampire we miss you sam for real.

(smh) sam walton is probably turning in his grave because how wal-mart is ran. i used to work at wal-mart years ago i never meet mr.walton but i heard he was a good man and always had a smile on his face. wal-mart is nothing like sam wanted it to be. sam cared about the people and now it's all about money, money, money. i cannot believe that wal-mart got rid of the lay-way. sam would not have been pleased with that move.

I worked at Walmart part time about a year ago in La Plata, MD. Although I love the entrepreneurial story of Walmart, I think it's culture (at least in the Washington DC) area is total crap. These stores had to have the worst managers I've ever seen ... they treated employees like total crap. The Walmart store in La Plata, MD REALLY had some piece of shit managers ... I'm pretty sure they still do!!!

Buy the book "Made In America" co-written by Sam Walton to do your own research and then apply for work at Walmart, Sam's Club, Neighborhood ..., or their distribution center. If you are not happy with Walmart - please - try not to write insults. Write letters to Samuel Robson Walton of Walmart to debate their critics: Robert Henry Ortega formerly of the New York Times, Jim Hightower, Robert Greenwald, Michael Moore, Glen Greenwald. Organizations have proven positive and negative histories!!

@LowriderSwag What killed walmart was the death of the heart in every store. Walmart is just a place where you buy things, That It. There no Community in them, nothing. Its kist a Store, with for wal;s, and filled with people who dont want to be there.
David Glass helped destroy Wal-Mart and Sam's idea.

the lay-way helped people like me afford to get things that added up to much for folks like me to afford. so, we made payments on it until it was paid off that's how i got my pc back in 2005. now i need to have the money up front i cannot afford to do that 600 to 800 dollars up front that what it will cost me to buy an new pc and printer. with a lay-way i can get it i do not make a lot of money and sam knew that about people like us.
