I admire you zuzana, you always looked so happy while making the other videos of BodyRock and we didnt even realize that you were actually suffering inside of you and then broke up with that freddy, you always were strong and show a nice face for us, thanks you.

I was so confused when I stopped bodyrock for a couple of years after a medical issue, to come back looking for you but you were gone!  I tried their workouts, but I just didn't like it. It was more like being in the military... not fun. Your workouts are far more enjoyable and really give great results. Keep smiling because a lot of people LOVE YOU!!!

I love all of your workouts, but after the first 8 rounds of a Tabata workout you are suppose to rest for 1 minute, that way you have energy for the next 8 rounds & so on, please keep the videos coming!!!
