Me, doing at long grinding set of Pistols, after having done 5 sets of full Barbell Squats. The camera's battery collapsed at one point, but I kept going for about 15 reps for each leg.
This is very hard to tell. I started doing pistols before I got seriously into tow-leg squats. My best squat to date was 100kg for one rep. My best pistol to date was 3 reps with the olympic barbell overhead, alternating between the legs...
I was wondering what is the equivalent of pistol in terms of load when you're doing a normal squat? 1x your bodyweight, 1,5x your bodyweight?
