something tells me that the indiana jones movie ( latest ) was based on these skulls. btw, look at 3:53, is it only me or does it look like a galaxy in the middle of the skull? Must have been made in zero G? Those light effects, the way it was made can not be done today? Not made by human hands. Or how else can you explain how they could have made this skull in mayan time?

The Mitchell-Hedges skull has been proven to be sold to Anna's father from an art collector in the mid 20th century. It has been analyzed at a Hewlitt-Packard crystal lab where it was proven to be fashioned from a single piece of Quartz crystal. Estimated time to produce this skull is at 150 - 300 years through the use of chiseling with diamonds and sand polishing.

This is a hoax. People are constantly trying to find new ways to make money.

People generally like mystery so somebody got the idea to sell mystery by making a glass skull and inventing a science fiction story behind it.

Makes you wonder where the limit lies between presenting real historical facts and fake fantasy stories like these. There should be laws for this or in 2000 years people will actually believe these crystal skulls are real just like egyptian pyramids.

Jeez people talk shit. Yes, the skull is pretty amazing but give it to stupid people and its god, aliens and the end of the world. A wonderful mystery but I doubt its going to save the world.
