Recipe:

1/2 lb Ground Pork or Turkey (Turkey is cheaper)
1/2 inch piece of ginger minced
2 cloves garlic minced
2 stalks of scallions minced
1.5 tsp Kosher Salt
0.5 tsp ground pepper
1tsp brown sugar
0.25 tsp cayanne pepper
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp ketchup
2 tsp mustard
1- 0.5 package of wonton wrappers (usually found next to salad bags)

1. Combine ingredients, crack 1 egg if desired for better consistancy.
2. Fill wonton wrappers with 1 heaping tsp of filling and wrap as shown in video.
3. Steam for 15 mins, serve with rice and soy sauce.

  • Like the idea of using a shot glass. Just have to remember to do this 'before' doing shots. :)
