i am Scottish ,we moved to England when i was 2, i always taught my children that Scotland was in there blood . last new year my eldest son said to me ""dad i saw the pipers at a new year rave ,for the first time .the hairs on the back of my neck stood up !i was dumbstruck,i felt a rush of blood,of emotion,of pride,yet im English!!"" what was going on ? i said son,scotland is in your blood..he looked at me and said "ahh now i know what you mean"..........job done !!
