This video shows how crews set the girders for the first of the District of Columbia's 3 new 11th Street Bridges over the Anacostia River. This is the largest project ever undertaken by the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) and it's the first major transportation project in the District's ambitious 30 year, $10 billion Anacostia Waterfront Initiative (AWI).
