This is in fact a beautiful commercial. Chrysler back then was a great innovator. Not only in their cars but, this commercial. There is a black man ''Joe'' helping build a car. Black people in those days were rarely in commercials. Sometimes they were ridiculed in ''scared'' scenes on tv. In the engine scene, they said Men & Women. Way to go Dodge! P.C. Even before it's time!

OMG, you are so right! The Dodge Factory Singer and Michigan J. Frog sound exactly the same! I think that cartoon is from roughly the same time period as this commercial, so I guess it's possible.

My dodge is four inches shy of being 18 feet long and over 4 thousand pounds.
