TY for mentioning that bit about not cliping VT, its an important thing that most people overlook

also you should mention that when applying SWP its important to do so when you have any SP effects proc'd. generally when opening up on a mob, your trinkets (and cloak enchant for tailors) will proc and that bonus SP will remain attached to SW:P as long as you refresh it with mind flay and not manually.

Spellpower on SW:P gets refreshed everytime you flay, you only need to refresh SW:P when you have buffs that affect damage overall, which usually happens on gimmick boss fights like Malygos and Assembly of Iron

Nice guide for new players, but, you aren't using SW:D in your rotation?

I read somewhere that 1 tick of Mind Flay was more effective than SW:D and it's stuck with me since! I use SW:D when I'm moving, however.

Well I would go priest. Sure prolly lots of less dmg, but u have the option to come out of shadow and heal. Which can be a life saver. Locks just die =p
