  • @jrinco11 I need to fix or replace my loose headphone socket.Anybody.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have this exact same model.I have to jiggle it a little bit to get a connection for sound thru my headphones.What should I do?I really dont wanna send it to dell.They'd prolly charge me my first born.

  • @SmokinMo11 if I remember right, the 1012 just came out this year, and since it comes with a 1 year warranty, you should be able to just send it in for repair (at no cost), no?
