Alan Moore explains how many people try to anesthetize or obliterate their true inner selves with drugs, alcohol, television, etc. rather than try to live up to a higher self.

  • I believe few people are iluminated. Alan Moore is one.

    I believe, he can be at the same level of philosophers like Nietzche or existencialist like Dostoevski or Proust.

    Hopefully, one day he will be recognized as one of the greatest authors of the twentieth and the twenty-first century.

  • very dope video but a better quality would be nice

  • the self is not the soul, i think the self is essentialy dead and 0 dimensional, perhaps aligned with the 'will of the universe', and the soul is the self's position within the universe, and is 1 dimensional, alive, and 'containing' the self..

    i think the soul=the id=time=position in the universe.

    self=singularity=position in the multiverse.
