Also not only was Ray Robinson was up against the Usa government & society of the time. He was up against the Italian Mafia who controlled boxing at the time, & would not allow Ray Robinson to fight for a world championship for 7 years. After he beat all in front of him, including Jake La Matta. He completely changed boxing, just as Bruce lee changed Kung Fu with a brand new style of his that he created & even though Kung fu has been in force as a fighting style for over 2,000 years.
Sugar Ray Robinson - was the best boxer/fighter that there was, there is and will ever be:
There was no other boxer/fighter that could knock you dead with either hand and you fight coming forward or fight coming back.
Boxing as a whole changed completely via his feats in and out the ring. He is the best boxer/fighter boxing has ever seen.
He would have won more fights had America as a society allowed black peoples within their country to live as equals as the white country men" at the time.
i wish ppl could start admitting that tyson had more abilities than just punching hard, cuz a strong puncher doesn't make you to a champ it only makes you to a boxer.
Tyson was the most complete boxer in his prime....oh i wish so much i would have lived during the era of tyson, but i got intrested in boxing years 95' :(
Ali Would hurt tyson mentally then physically. The ONLY fighter who could dance move & throw punches for 15 rds. The movement, the fast punches, matching anyone for speed & sliping bombs, then GIVING IT. Ali wins
what the hell...Ali in his prime..before the layoff would koe Mike in his prime. TYson is perfect fodder for Ali. Easily phyched out and good luck landing a solid shot on a prime Ali. I have learned to like Mike but with Ali's chin coupled with his ability to avoid punches IF you could hit him. Ali was a tough, tough guy with a will to win. I have Ali koing Mike in the middle rounds.
At welter in their prime Tito v Judah would be something like Cotto v Judah.Tito would wear him down and win by late tko!Mosley was just the better fighter-a little more speed and skill.Mosley on points.I like Zab but against these guys he would get a beating.
These guys seem to be bias toward the more recent fighters. It doesn't seem like they've done their homework. C'mon, Zab Judah by KO over Felix Trinidad? Give me a break! Judah over Mosely? Pllleeeaaaassseee!
