Power Ts form 3 Battles simple and very effective a unique way to exercise adding the need for balance and grip strength to standard exercises like the pushup. Originally I developed the Ts for the serious martial arts student. Injury prevention through exercise was my original goal. The Ts challenge your balance and grip while doing exercises like pushups in a very unique way, making them much more difficult. The results are stronger wrists, forearms, elbows, shoulders, chest and back. For the martial artist and other combat athletes this can help prevent hand, wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder injuries when striking and improve form and power both in training and competition.
