I fell upon this nice meeting of some classic cars. There was this green AC Bristol I thought it looked really nice, so I just had to make a video of it lol. Its truly a great car considering how old it is! Enjoy!

  • It looks a lot like a Cobra. Great car!

  • Yeah! It's from the same company! :)

But the AC COBRA is way more popular...

  • @blackhole522 ya the reason it looks like a cobra is because its the cobras father AC made the Ace then a racer from the states came over looked at the car and said damn! nice car beautiful! but do you mind if i take it and put a big 289 engine in it? (and later a 427) and thus the Cobra was born! another car that looka like a Cobra is a Ferrari Barchetta in short the ace is the older slower and more sensible British Cobra

  • 466 were made

  • The real thing, stunning beauty. Good call on no music. Keep up the good work.

  • great video! My uncle had one back in 1965. They are very rare now and very expensive. I could'nt get the car out of my head. Maybe that's the reason why I have an AC Cobra replica parked in my garage...

  • is more fast ac cobra???

  • Now that's a RESTORATION! Wow!

Supposedly less than 500 '58's made and one is coming up for auction in January

at Gooding in Scotsdale....Bring your wallet...

  • @lambofanlp640 Not a problem glad I could help.

  • @AnAngryPossom Thanks for the info! :)

  • @lambofanlp640 They are extremely rare nowadays. I don't know the exact figures either but there can't be that many left. There were originally a total of 735 AC Ace Bristols built, of those how many remain? I doubt anyone knows. I'm sure there's a few in as good condition as this but a lot are hidden away in barns and sheds and places waiting for us to find them and bring them back to life. They are quite something. Classic British sports cars are the best out there

  • @blackhole522 This was the car AC built before the Cobra. The Cobra is based off this car. Carrol Shelby's design of the SC 427 Cobra is a combination of this car and the AC Cobra. You're right it is a fantastic car, great old British speedster.
