"Deep" by Big On Beagles Rescue

This is "Deep" and she's got a sad tale to tell. Deep is currently in the care of our friends at Toronto Animal Services - South Region. At 10 months old, this is the second time she's wound up at the shelter after her negligent owner left her tied to a pole outside a bar. This time, he hasn't bothered to claim her and it's been 20 days now. Deep won't be going back to that life. Our friends at the shelter are hoping we can help. Deep needs a dedicated foster parent to teach her all she needs to know so she can finally know what it is to be someone's beloved dog. If only we had a foster home to take her in!
