@lennyd77 do what you CAN do to relieve the pain or get help. but know that there is nothing you can do about what thoughts come in etc. thats the whole point of enlightenment.

@lennyd77 you don't let go of thoughts. you just accept them. Welcoming those thoughts makes them dissapear. It's the wanting to get rid of them that keeps you stuck. Be even ok with your feeling that you don't want them. You will discover that you're more powerful than the pain or discomfort.
