The Ductformer Powered Beader Flanger is the most versatile, durable, safest unit on the market to date. Featuring an all steel welded construction, heavy duty all gear drive and anti-friction roller bearings the Ductformer Rotary Machine is designed to give you years of maintenance free service.

The unit provides a 10" throat depth with the capacity to form up to 14 Gauge mild steel.

Our Standard Model DFRF-1410 features air actuated clamping and provides a hands free start up allowing both hands free to safely handle the part thru-out the forming cycle. The automatic feed and engage feature is a foot pedal control that starts the roll feed when it clamps the material and stops the feed when it releases and retracts.
