Witch host u are using bcz mine looks the same the cpanel and everything but the forum I installed doesnt have any buttons or control things

You should delete /install directory completely. Because if someone visit that folder (or renamed folder), he can easily wipe-out whole forum.

It says phpBB2 though not phpBB3? Is it 2 or 3 because you say it's 3.0.2 or something?
