the backround music back then was awesome, made things much more interesting and more mysterious. the backround music these days is pretty crappy. they should bring back the backround music starting from 1984-1988, thats when they were great.

I have to give you the nod on the John/Stefano memories, but he was such a good Roman. Sweet, loving, kind, fun, can catch a crook. I miss him. I know you like JT, but I prefer Drake as Roman. and John. and Merc John, and priest John.

I will never understand that notion. Why anybody would want him, with his awesome backstory, just to be Roman.
Besides, Stefano's obviously deep feelings for him don't make an ounce of sense unless he's John.
Still, each to their own.

Boy, Stefano does go off the deep end every time John/Roman has a smidge of happiness in his life!!! Gotta love him!! (Actually, ya gotta love both of them.
Watching these scenes again after 20 years is even better since now I know the back story.

I feel the same way. I loved the Stefano/John relationship over the years.
I loved seeing this again with all that back story down (Except of course, I do feel Roman/John should have known Marlena was alive).
