When you give something YOUR VERY BEST... Failure is NOT an option, nor will you be satisfied with meager Accomplishments or so so Achievements......The Pressure you have to contend with while reaching your goal will only get lighter as you move forward and stay focused on it. So the weight on your back will always be manageable, deal with it because its job is to build you, however should the load ever break you,...YOU allowed it to happen so Don't Give up!

This scene has caused me to do my very best in my workouts and I have seen huge increases just telling myself "My very best" I suggest you believe in it too and I promise that you too will see great improvements! :)
